Professional services are governed by a signed engagement letter. If you engage us for renovation, construction, consulting, or related services, the signed agreement supersedes any conflicting provisions in these Terms for those services.

11) Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100) or the amount you paid us for access to the Services in the three (3) months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.

This limitation does not apply to obligations defined in a signed project contract.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trustworthy Texan Renovations LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

Your breach of these Terms

Your violation of law or third-party rights

14) Governing Law; Venue; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

You agree to exclusive jurisdiction in state and federal courts located in Texas for disputes not subject to arbitration.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days following written notice.

Arbitration (Optional Clause)

Except for injunctive relief or intellectual property disputes, claims may be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Texas. Claims must be brought individually; class actions are waived.

15) Export & Sanctions Compliance

You agree not to use the Services in violation of U.S. export laws or sanctions regulations.

16) Accessibility

We are committed to accessibility. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us for assistance.

17) Severability; Waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement.

18) Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior communications, except where a signed agreement governs professional services.
